Look very closely at the round steering wheel instruction plate shown in the link, it has the combination box shift pattern on it, I'll bet that is what you have. It appears that forward is step down (underdrive), then netural, then aft is step up (overdrive), and from netural, move the lever directly outboard and aft for standard (direct drive, as if the Sherman was not installed) Note this affects the PTO speed also, as it is in front of the transmission, which is where the NAA gets it PTO drive. Correct me if I'm wrong, never actually used one, just deducing from what I see and read. The Jubilee I am using doesn't have a Sherman. Still Lusting over the 3000 down the road for sale, stopped again to take a look, Sept 1966, Diesel, 8 speed, live 540 PTO, New paint, good sheetmetal, $5800, Whats it really worth in Georgia? Charles
