Look very closely at the round steering wheel instruction plate shown in the link, it has the combination box shift pattern on it, I'll bet that is what you have. It appears that forward is step down (underdrive), then netural, then aft is step up (overdrive), and from netural, move the lever directly outboard and aft for standard (direct drive, as if the Sherman was not installed)

Note this affects the PTO speed also, as it is in front of the transmission, which is where the NAA gets it PTO drive.

Correct me if I'm wrong, never actually used one, just deducing from what I see and read. The Jubilee I am using doesn't have a Sherman.
