i have the to30 with pto.the tow truck driver who hauled it home for me said the bushhog spinning would push the tractor even if clutch was depressed he said i would need to shift to neutral.then he said i could buy the orc to solve this problem.i think i already have ths on the tractor,reason i think this is with tractor off i engage pto i can spin bushhoh one way and drive shaft clicks when i try the other way it tries to push the tractor.
