I've picked up a original '46 2N Ford. Been sitting almost a year since the original owner went into a nursing home. Gas tank was empty but clean so I deceided to change the screen in the fuel bowl and took it off to dunk in carb cleaner. I was surprised to find no flat screen but a cylinder of brass screens about the size of your little finger screwed into the top of the bowl casting. It also has a cast outline with HF cast in it.This setup is not shown in the Ford parts book. Any info on this? Thanks,Mike.
