This weekend after walking away from the rear axle issues for a bit, we tackled the hydraulic system. Everything actually looked good except for two things that we noticed.
1- The first is that the lift shafts bushings are pretty sloppy. In trying to get the lift arms off and fix the bushings, we could not get the arms off. What is the trick to getting the arms and bushings off and then replacing them? Our manual was not much help in this area.
2 - I think they call it the quadrant? The lever that controls the Hydro flow just flops around. I looked in the manual and parts break down but I dont see where the offset of the shaft hooks to something. It does look like it has some marks on it like it used to "rub" on something but it doesnt now. I looked in the bottom of the pump area and did not see any loose parts. Does anybody have any good pics of this area? Told you it was "Newbie Question Time!" Thanks.
