I have never dealt with this person personally, but a two friends of mine bought tractors from him. The first one was very satisfied, and the tractor is very nice. Runs and looks good. Second involved a JD with a pony motor. He was told both motors ran good. They do, but the pony needed the coils replaced before this was accomplished. Other than that, it seems to be a solid old tractor.
I'm not saying he is good or bad. Just stating that at least a couple of his deals were ok. I asked the first guy this past weekend if he would buy another tractor from this person. He said yes, but I would go and look it over first. I would not buy sight unseen.
