Well that's strange. I've had nothing but good transactions with Sharp's over the last 3-ish years dealing with them. Melainie has always been very helpful and Donnie always has tried to answer any questions I've asked. The items always come in a timely manner including carbs that I've sent to them for rebuilding. They come back looking and more importantly performing great. I usually get an email from them within a couple of days saying that the items are coming and they supply the tracking numbers.
