It is called a "redirect". If you look closely at the browser address (www.) it changes from "CGI.ebay" to some unknown address. The page is almost identical to an ebay page. If you blink your eyes, you will miss it when it redirects. It is not even going through ebay, and the reason they have an "agent" is so very obvious. Ebay can give you a tool bar to download. If you open it first and then open ebay, it will alert you to redirect pages. If you read the short security page from ebay, they warn of this activity.
