Tractor scammers. Chicago, IL

There are several tractor scammers working out of Chicago. Beware of Richard Peterson, Fred Smithson and Jaques Jerisson. Their phones always go to a fax machine and they want you to email them. They always want you to prepay for a tractor that in some other State. Beware of anyone that you cant talk you.
