Les, I try to give credit where it is due. I hate to be negative unless needed. However, I have found we are more apt to point out the negative and forget the guy who treated us right because that is what he is suppoed to do. We take it for granted. But Dale and Doug do outstanding work and are fair to work with. Even site unseen, he is accurate and honest. I find that special in today's world - like it is suppoed to be.
