I can't tell you why people don't follow the guidelines. Some don't even read the screen and some just choose to ignore the rules. Why do people keep posting trucks in the ads when it specifically says not to? Why do people start flame wars and post rude remarks when the forum guidelines are very clear on this? Why do they find ways around the swear filters to spew vulgarity? Why do people post pornographic pictures in the photo galleries?

If you can answer these questions then that may also answer your original question.

Most people here are good honest people. But there are a few that aren't. I like to focus on the good in all of us and mop up the other stuff as I can.
