Hi there, this is fair warning not to deal with Nate Lofland, he is not good on his word, he sold me defective parts and tells me the part was not cracked. Send him good clear pictures of the cracks in the CASE DC grille and he said he saw no cracks in the pictures. He is as much as calling me a liar and I DO NOT APPRECIATE THAT AT ALL. I said I would send the part back for a full refund or send me a smaller refund and we would call it even. He chose the smaller refund. I never got the check.
