Sounds like the clutch driving plate is stuck to the pressure plate and flywheel,you maybe able to break it free if you can manoeuvre the tractor so you can start it in gear and drive it against something solid like a tree stump making sure you keep the clutch pedal pressed down,if that does not work bite the bullet and tear it out,it may clean up ok,any reputable rad repair should be able to repair your rad or put in a new core,if you plan on keeping the tractor it needs the cooling system right in order for the engine to stay right. AJ
