I see on my nearby Craigslist ads, several offering to pay for rent of small hay/ pasture plots, any size, can be a little wet (common reason for small grassy spots here). So the demand is out there, didnt see that a few years ago.Common to hay the road ditches here, always been that way, county road ditches are pretty well engineered around here, and they have 60 to 100 foot to center deals here pretty easy to hay. So this sort of hay used to be cheap around here, I hear its gone up the past 2 years. Paul
