Animal 10-25-2009 18:40:02 70.41.36.163 19457 Report to Moderator	After a full day of rain Friday, an inch and a half, I worked around the shop all day Sat, sunny, nice breeze a beautiful autumn day, we had a weenie roast that night hay ride, perfect weather. I get up to a bright sunny morn, no due and not a cloud in the sky. I jump in the combine and head five miles to the north farm. I pick a bean pod, stick a bean in my mouth and its crunchy! I am thinking hell ya, I go get the grain truck and before I can get the air built up on it, it starts to cloud up. When I make it to the field its raining, that was 11a.m. its 8p.m. and the rain has not slowed down. And so thats how its going... [Reply]   [No Email]

Took the four wheeler down around my fields back across my neighbors and back to the house. Clouds came in started raining and hasn't stopped yet. To wet to get any beans out of the field and I tested corn at 30.9%. Looks like the snowmobile trails might have to get re-routed this year because it doesn't look like the corn will be coming out before March. Central MN   [Reply]   [No Email]

It's running right around 30%, but we all seem to figure it won't get any better, nothing to wait for. Rain coming Wed again, we haven't seen but a total of a few hours of sun in the past 3-4 weeks.
