You have to have some sort of agreement that you can keep it for at least 5 years. Explain to the owner the steps that you have to go through to get the land in proper condition. Lay out a 6 year plan that shows him what will be done, and how the land will be in much better condition than it is now.   [Reply]   [No Email]
