I just leased a farm for the grass but it also has a old wheat field that hasent been worked for several years i dount have a combine and the wheat field is not fenced and is just weeds i always need hay and was thinking about putting it in haygrazer or maybe munbean what do you think i dont know how long i can keep the lease so alfalfa is out |

| Don't know what your lease is, but in renting farmland, you have to have a long term provision. You have to have some sort of agreement that you can keep it for at least 5 years. Explain to the owner the steps that you have to go through to get the land in proper condition. Lay out a 6 year plan that shows him what will be done, and how the land will be in much better condition than it is now. |
