Yesterday it was in the 90"s. Current temp is 55. High temp tomorrow - 51. Told James we may be running the furnace tonight. Can"t ever remember even thinking about running the furnace in May.

Crazy weather.
 
-51 is cold even for canada! Knew what ya ment, just couldn't pass that one up! Don
 
My part of the world is drying up and blowing away!! No rain for 5 months. Wind has blown for 6 weeks. Top soil is wearing down to the rocks and gravel. Our pump is at 350 ft.and I can't run more than one hose to water at a time. Hose starts to blow air in pops , won't keep the pressure tank full. I feel bad about seeming so trivial when the good people in the rest of the country are having real problems.
 
Richard I wish there was a way we could send some your way. We have had record flooding here and it's currently raining again. We've been isolated for the last week due to all the roads leading to our county being closed due to high water.
 
Ah but is it crazy or have we gotten to old to remember what weather was like say 30 years ago??? Ya checked the house temp an hour or so ago and it was down to 69 but I'll not turn on the heat. Ya I'll take my nightly bath and leave the hot water in the tub to help heat the house. Yep I use every trick I can to save $$ since our friend external_link seems to like to figure out how to spend what is his mine and yours. LOL
 
Nancy, I was in your area last week, it was warm but living in Ohio, looks like the crops are a month ahead of us mainly because of rain!
