allis i600 backhoe

I have an allis i600 loader backhoe with the hydraulic rotor for the boom swing. the seal on top of rotor leaks badly. Anybody ever fixed one? If so whats the procedure? I took the bolts out of the top but cant get the top section off. Is there something i"m missing? Any info would be greatly appreciated

I have an old MF 302 with an Oliver backhoe. It also had a leaking seal on top of the swing motor. For a quick fix I took the top section off the motor and turned the face on a lathe until it cleaned up. Then I made a cap with an o-ring in the face than bolts to the top section. The old seal still leaks, but the cap contains the oil. Eventually I will replace the swing motor with cylinders on each side but the cap is working well for now.
