Oliver Harlo Liftmaster?

Bought an older forklift...looking to buy a parts/service manual? Engine block #s 185320 160918A isn't this an Oliver? Was told by Harlo Co., they ar still in the forlift business, that their Hoists were put on several kinds of tractors...made many calls..one said this was a 1650 Oliver tractor. It is a 6cyl. gas starts and runs in good contion, but seems to need a tune up and serviced. Could it be a 770 or 1550? the torque plate ___mfg. co. Kansas RCO ser# 34642 spec# 1589 Anyone know?
 
Did Massey use Oliver engines? The guy that sold it to me said he thought it from the 80s, but looks more like from the early 70s to me...googled the engine block #s and it came up as Oliver. Anyone know what was thelast year that Oliver made Tractors in models 770, 1550, or 1650?
 
Do You know what years the 77, 770, and 1550 were made? The guy that sold it to me said it is from the 80s,but looks more like the early 70s to me.
 
Its not a 1650 and its not from the 80's and its not a massey. The latest it could be is a 75. Im gonna assume its a 1550 sold as a white 2-62 from the early 70's.
