does anybody reconize these chrome lightrings off a 30s or 40s ford truck. does anybody know what there worth and how to get them off. just wonderin about the chrome rings

See the tie down knob, in the first picture? Give it a good spritz of your favorite penetrating oil, and pry the chrome knob outward, they should pop right off.

i thought that is how you get them off but i didnt want it to be wrong and ruin them.

The tie down knob will take off the outer ring of the light which holds in the lens. To remove the whole light,..look under the fender for a bolt comming through that holds on the housing for the entire light.

i know how to get the whole light out. its just a bolt and some wires coming out of the fender and to remove the ring is that little tab.

I would say '40 or '41, identifiable by the parking lights incorporated into the headlight stands.
