The New Cleary Shed We Are Building (PICS)

Here is the progress of our building that we are putting up right now. Its a Cleary and it looks great so far! The building is 81' long- 42' wide and 13' tall. They started yesterday morning at 7:30 AM and stayed until 7:45 PM. Then today they started at about 7:30 and left at 5:45. They sure are working hard and have done a lot in two days! Should be done my Monday.

DARN, that's TINY, but with the cost of things nowadays, I can understand!

Sounds like a GREAT building... I'm jealous!
 
You're going to like that, I put up a 48x81x15 just over a year ago, took most of last year to get electrical and a 40% slab on it. Sure is nice to have something to pull into.

Make provisions for sprinklers while building. The town or county will probably require them when you advertise as a museum.
 
From his past posts, it looks like Beatles65 is trying to be "the first on his block to collect them all." I'll bet the thing will be full before he even finishes it!
 
Not yet I still need to meet with the owner to set a price for it. I think it would be a great addition to the collection and you know that there can"t be many left, being made of wood and also being 80 years old.
 
OH YEAH!!! I have lots to put into it. 10 tractors, 7 of my classic cars and the daily drivers. I need another building!
 
Thanks Larry! lol and I really liked your post about how the American Pickers guys and girl should come to my place. Funny!
