the neighbors starting to plow, took a few shots of his tractor and plow,it was too wet for him to plow today, the windows in his old barn rotted away, he had them covered with tin, I frabricated a window frame out of lumber that I scrounged up and he had some windows he got at an auction sale, Im going to try to patch up the foundation of his barn,it is in pretty bad shape,<, Ill keep posting the progress

That barn looks like it deserves to be kept up, thanks for helping preserve it. The winds out here wreck them when they get that age. Never figured Pa, to look quite like that, good photos. That little White 550 is something of a rare tractor isn't it?
 
The Oliver 550s were real popular here in the NE. They gave our Case 300-430s a run for the money. Both of us left those Ford Jubilies in the dust though. LOL.
 
I wish I had a few hundred acres of that ground. I have had this sense of dread for a while that it is going to take a lot of work to get our ground ready this spring.
 
Larry, thanks for the good pic. Enjoyed them all. good looking farm land. How many horses does it take to pull the 6 bottom? I think my 3910 ford would not untrack it.
