Never buy anything from Best Deal Car Parts! I ordered a grille for my hauler truck on 3-9-11 and they shipped it on 3-28-11 on Gray Hound and they have lost it. They say the label might have came off or something. So we have a nation wide search for it now and if it don't show up it will go to clams and that takes 30 to 60 days. My advice is don't use nether place for your business. What a pain. No wander this country is in such a mess!!

well its obvious you were searching for a cheap grill, since you bought it from "best deal car parts" how much customer service can you expect from a company pedaling parts making maybe 5% markup? you could have gone to someone more local to you. Did you HAVE to ship greyhound, the only time i've heard anyone ship greyhound was on expedited parts. I've shipped items before and they didn't get where they were going, but for the 1000 or so boxes I receive each year I might lose one every 5 years. crap happens, next time you might think about using a normal parcel service...

Did I miss something? I fail to see a connection between your grill getting lost and the country being in a mess.

The country was in a mess long before your grill got lost.

If people cared about someone other than themselves this country would not be is such of a mess. I was just telling about poor service, and to give a head's up with these company's. Take it from someone who is trying to help someone other than myself. Thanks for the comments they are appreciated.

In life there are headaches and heartaches......life goes much better when a person doesnt confuse them. If you are going to let a misplaced grille get you this spun up, I can only imagine the meltdown if a real problem were to happen.
