TO-20 vs TEA-20

Are the parts on a TO-20 interchangable with a TEA 20?

English tractor had Lucas electrics, American market-TO- had Delco? Some threads seem to indicate Aluminum tranny/rear end castings on English, iron castings on American market. Main concern would be electrics for normal service parts. RN

what about parts such as radiator, tires, tie rods, spindles, gas tank, pto shaft, etc. ?

Are TO-20 parts and TEA-20 parts interchangeable? By parts I mean stuff like radiator, starter, generator, gas tank, distributor,PTO parts, tires, tie rods, ETC. Thanks for your help
