19.5 inch rims

I have four 19.5 inch Budd rims available to me
to put onto the rear of an old F600 Ford grain truck. It currently has bald tires and split rims on the back. I've been unable to get any school bus take-offs. The tire size is 8.25X20. Would 20 inch tires fit on 19.5 inch rims?

1/2" tubless sizes have taperd bead that are not conpatable with any other bead. Dont try to use a 20" on it.
