runs hot put new thermostats, new radiator, new shroud, All that helped a little but will still overheat some. Mechanic said to check for exhaust bubbling in radiator did not see any bubbles. Only thing did not replace was fan clutch but can hear kicking in and out.

is it truly overheating or is the gauge showing it is?...could be bad sending unit or gauge itself.
other possible things to look for are weak radiator cap,or bottom hose sucking shut at higher rpm.

Radiator clean? They plug up easy, took 20 mins with a hose the clean out inbetween mine, no air was flowing through much of the core.

Can use a pressure washer, but do not get too close.... easy to tell if its plugged water won't come out the other side.

if the raidiator is plugged take it to your local raidiator shop. they can put it in a huge tank of hot water that shpuld flush everything out. i had that donr to our 7710 because oil was inside plugging up hoses and such. it doesnt cost alot and it works pretty well. that might have been whats wrong if there was something wrong with the old raidiator.

Get a 30 dollar IR heat gun and check the temp of the top hose and lower hose to see what they actually are... and the difference between them. If there's little difference then there's a good chance that the fan is not moving any amount of air...
Fan clutches were known problems on the Genesis tractors. Not so sure on the older models... but it's a good possibility.
An erratic gauge is also a possibility... or a bare spot on the sender wire... so it is good to verify the actual temperature.
Other things to check are the belts, the water pump (leak or green tracer of coolant from the weep hole). It may also be of value to run a can of fast flush or some similar cooling system cleaner through it as recomended to clean the sludge from the system. I've seen blocks full to the the frost plugs with sludge...

Gets hot enough to boil over. Even after putting all of the new stuff on. Turned tractor off when fan clutch kicked in and fan stopped immediately. not sure if thats the right way to check the clutch?

Are you filling it right to the cap or leaving some expansion room? The top tank should really only be about half full at most...
If it's still pushing coolant out after that you could try changing the rad cap. They also go bad from time to time... or at least check the seal on the cap.

Put new cap and belts. Only things that have not been replaced new are the hoses and the clutch. Has new water pump also. Bought tractor used and have had problems overheating since. The tractor has 5600 hours. I am always adding coolant no evidence of antifreez in the oil.

But how much coolant is it losing? Does it push a couple quarts out and stabilize or does it keep going until it empties the block below the water pump?
If it's the former I wouldn't worry about it. If it's the latter then I suspect a head gasket issue...
Bubbles are the first indication but when it really goes bad it's just going to blow coolant out the top pretty well continously....
