I recently bought a Gand Haven Tractor w/a cultivator. I am looking for any information I can get regarding correct color, tires, decals, when made and where to verify the serial number. I would appreciate any help amyone can offer. Gary Wagner
 
Give the factory a call. They don't make the tractors anymore but may have old informnation. Grand Haven Steel Stamping just east of US-31 before you get to the railroad tracks right in town. Father in Law worked his whole life there. Now they make all sorts of stampings but primarily springs.

I'm sorry. I sold it to a guy about 40 miles south of me. The tractor was in great shape and the motor was like new. I also let the owners manul go with it and wish that I had made a copy of it. I thought that you might have been that guy. I will tell you that I got $1800 for it and I guess it was a good buy.
 
I do know that there were only 1000 made and I think that they stoped making them in 1953. I've owned two of them and would buy aother if I could find one .

I have no information about them but know they are rare. Mine has a 12 HP motor on it with electric start and I do not think that is original. It does have a cultivator with it and runs OK with good tires. Someone painted it JD colors so I need to change that. My email is [email protected] and it would be easier to communicate there if you care to. I would consider selling it for a reasonable price and would enjoy seeing a photo of the one you sold. Gary
 
I do have a Grand Haven Tractor for sale with a cultivator attached. It does run but needs carb work. It does not have the original motor but everything else is original.
