What to do now??

Yesterday, being it was nice out, and since I had the help of a friend, I decided it would be a good day to get the generator that's been makin noise pulled off my D-17 Allis, and well, might as well take the one off my somewhat newly purchased Cub, since i was makin the trip..

And since i was goin, and the cost of fuel and since I have the extra money, I might as well pull the injectors/pump off my Case 930 and take them down.. Only about 10 miles from the starter fella's place down to the pump shop..

So, that's what I did yesterday, both places said it'll be end of the week or first of next week..

Today, I sit and watch it rain and wonder what to do I do now?!?!? Guess I could clean up the shop some today.. Or find something else to fix.. I'm on a new kick around here.. It either needs to run, or it needs to go.

Just for future reference, I think you'd be surprised by how easy/how little it costs to repair your own generators.........holds true for alternators and starters, also. Not to say that you may not need a 'professional' to fix them on occasion.

Hi Brad. Not wanting to hijack your post ,but was wondering if you received the postal money order we sent on 3-3=11 for the manual for the cultivator. Noticed you was watching the rain .Let us know when it arrives. Should have been there already. LOU

Want to sell me some spare time or:
-get the stripped drain plug outta my discbine bar
-Put a tube in my flat 18.4x34
-Cut and reweld the torque tube/arm/frame on my tedder
-Cutting edges on the blower and tractor need replaced
-Fan belt, alt and battery need replaced on my MF
-Wheel bearings in the 4 wheeler need doing
-Need my ALO loader rebushed and pinned.

Hmm, thats just the immediate equipment, oh and our first baby
is 2 days overdue with its room being drywalled right now when
I'm not at work. As long as it waits another week and it doesn't
snow I'm good to go!

Lou,

I haven't emailed you yet, but it either came yesterday or today. I didn't grab the mail last night, but it was in the box just now. I'm going to try to get the manual shipped out yet this afternoon.. Have one more load of water to haul, them a trip to town will be in order.
