NAA with original yellow paint

I have an NAA Ford 1954 but the base color under the top paint is yellow.It looks like the original paint on the motor is yellow. Body parts were red. I would like to know if there was an industrial Ford NAA. This is what I have been told that it is an industrial tractor. Any info would be greatly appreciated

Not likely. I am no ford expert, but lots of castings were primed yellow, in that same era. I know AC's were yellow primed. I suspect it was a common practice, as you can look into the inside of lots of trannys and rears, and see yellow or red primer.

It could have been an old state tractor.Here in ohio they used to paint them yellow.Then when they sold them some jocky would buy them cheap and paint them the original color and make some good money.
