Can anybody tell me what these go on? Somebody told me they are front wheel tractor weights. Also what they are worth. They weigh 40 lbs each are 11 1/2 inch wide 2 inch thick hub hole is 3 3/4 inch, no # or letters.

I don't know? I have a pair of front wheel weights that fit in 16 inch wheels. They came with a New Idea Uni Harvester that I had. I've used them on tractors. Mine have more curve on the backside to fit down in to the rim. There aren't any slots like that in mine either. The bolts just go all the way through 2 holes.

Looks like some kind of generic weight. When I worked for AC we sometimes had generic weights some small foundry produced. Could they possibly be for a garden tractor?

I wonder if them are for like a Massey-Harris self propelled combine.

Some had rear tires that had cast centers, and IIRC, the surface you'd likely mount the weights to was flat.. Never saw a set mounted onto the cast centers though.

Just a guess..

They look like the weights my Dad had on his International Cub Cadet garden tractor. He also had calcium in the tires. That little tractor could do an amazing amount of work. He had about three acres of garden. He was a retired farmer that could never quit working. I need a set like that for my Massey Fergason garden tractor.

They look like the weights that came on the front wheels of a Farmall Super A. I took them off my A and now they're on my grandson's Cub Cadet.
