Getting rid of a hard snow ridge left by the grader

Here's my 1966 4020 gasser PS removing a hard-packed snow ridge left by the county grader. As you can hear it needs an exhaust manifold!

The tractor has been sitting idle for about 10 years, after it's former owner could no longer operate it. It needed a carb kit and a gas tank.

Sorry for the poor video, the camera operator didn't do the best job!

Does a nice job!!In my opinion a snow blower is much nicer than a plow. You don"t have the high banks and you rarely run out of places to put the snow. Nice tractor,..and it does have the power to do the job right.

Our town has the same (Hiniker) blower on an IH Hydro 186 and they work the HECK out of it!.

Hey. I liked the video. Yep the blower will do more then a blade will as far as placing snow out of the way. Wish we had one.You have a swell rig. Thanks for posting. Regards LOU.

I just take a half a cut when blowing the ridge. The good news is we will not be talking about this much longer this year.

For a single stage blower that thing really throws snow. Looks like you"r having fun.

Could have use that at my place today. I cleared the lane with a bucket only to have it drift in behind me. The it got to 40°F and now it"s wet snow. We are drifted in. Gotta" get a snow blower!
