Where can i find parts or rebuild kits for my injectors.

I contacted my local diesel shop in Green Bay WI and they would rebuild them using adapters and installing a newer style injector. The price I was quoted several years ago was over $200 for ONE injector for a Farmall MD. The injectors should be the same as your 400D. The early model 400 diesel used same nozzle valve as the latest MD and the later 400 uses same as the 450 so it would depend on what nozzle you have. The 450 style don't use a orfice plate and the MD and early 400 use different orfice plates so differences there also. I think any pump shop could steer you onto new parts. Salvage yards on used ones. Those old style are pretty crude and don't wear out very easy. Probably could be cleaned up and lapped in ok.
