Winter fronts

Does anyone know if there is anyone still making the old style canvas winter fronts that were used in the 40's and 50's before they started putting cabs on tractors?

The Amish near where I live use them quite a bit so surely there is still mfgs. Also as per the other poster.

Yep they are still being made. Round here we call em heat houser's. That is a brand name but I am not sure who own's that name now.

Lot of them are made of a plastic material now but a company called "Regal" still makes em out of canvas. I know nnalert sells that brand.

George, There are several companies that still make the "heat housers" or weather shields. Femco makes the best that I have personally used and installed. There material is not just plain old cotton canvas. It holds up much better. They also make canopies, hard and soft.

Any body know if "Heat Houser" brand is still being made? I have an old original in good condition with the name on the canvas and often wondered if they were still around. Sometime I should try it on my Super C, instead of freezing while pushing snow.
I'm not sure what it actually fits.

Femco makes them for specific models including brackets not just a universal cover have one on a wd 45 kj

I'll put in a vote for Femco as well. Got one for our Oliver 1855 from them, and one for both our Massey 285 and 165. They were the OEM for Massey, so they have the MF logo on the sides but they're still Femco. Made to fit those specific tractors so easy to install and no left over parts.

Our 1855 doesn't see much winter use so the cab doesn't go on evey year, but the 285 and 165 get them every season.
