Do you have any John Deere Front-Mount Cultivators?

Just wondering who on here has any of the old John Deere Front-Mount Row-Crop Cultivators.

Just curious to see who all has one. Which ones, i.e. model numbers do you have?

I have really taken a liking to these old cultivators. For some reason I think that they look really cool mounted on the front of the tractor.
Just trying to find out who else on this forum has one or more of these.

I have 2 ABG 200 two-row and a Model 40 4 row.

Thanks!
From Denton, Nebraska.

Not sure what model but I have a 2 row set made for a B. Mine were set up for potatoes and has spring tooth shanks and Russel weed controllers. I have used it on a model 50.

I have a full set on my 1949 mt, they are really for a "A" JD biggested difference I can see is the lifting rods down each side of the tractor are bigger on the "A" set. I know where a set is that came factor on the mts, if I can buy them the ones on my mt now will be for sale. I don't know the nos. on them.

We have several here and still use most of them. We have a nice ABG 200 2-row that fits on our '51 B. Haven't used that one for a long time. Then we have an AT-40 that fits on the New Generation 10 and 20 series tractors. This is the one that will fit on any tractor - wide or narrow front. We mount this one on my 3020 and have it set up to cultivate our skip-row soybeans. Originally it was set up to cultivate 4 wide rows of corn. Then my dad has an FM 6RW that he cultivates his corn with. We modified the mounts so he could mount it on an open station 7210. I have a simiar setup for my corn except my cultivator is a 725 6RW and I have it mounted on a 7410 with a cab. This is the last model of front-mount cultivators that Deere built before dropping them.

We still use an AT40 4-row on either our 4020 gas nf or 3020 diesel nf. We apply most of our N fertlizer with a buggy when corn is 12-18" high then cultivate it in. Test plots in our area show a 4-10 bu. yeild gain with cultivating.

I have a 4 row. Don't know what the no. of it is, but it's identical to one my Dad had when I was a kid. The gauge wheels are all metal--no rubber tires. I mount it on my A. That's also what Dad's was mounted on.
