There IS a place to get Farmtrac parts

I just wanted to shout out that ITP tractor parts will go out of their way to get ANY Farm Trac part you need. They got me a ring and pinion from India. The wrong part was sent first and they absorbed all reshipping costs from India and to ship the parts back. It was expensive to ship from India but I have my part and that's all that's counts.

You are correct, Clint S. I bought some filters, knobs,
etc, there and the price was even reasonable.

Montana also now carries the same line of tractors, so they should also be able to get you anything you might need.

I talked with 2 Montana dealers around here. I then called Montana headquarters the story was the same. They bought the remaining stock Farm Trac had for both tractors and parts. They could get many parts, but for non stock parts that would have had to come from the factory (which is in India) you are out of luck. They even said they went as far as parting a tractor or 2 to have parts for warranty work. They gave me this guys number and said thay had luck getting parts through him.

These tractors are still produced under the Escort brand in India and hard to find parts can be found. I had a pinion bearing failure that took out my pinion. ITP called their supplier in India and then the Escort factory to secure this part. ITP went the xtra mile to secure this part so I wanted to give them a shout out. For helping me.
