Who Made This Plow

A friend of mine has an old 2-bottom disk plow and we"re curious who made it. There is no original paint. The main framework is a 6-inch diameter heavy tube running front to back, with hemispherical end caps. The end caps are castings, and have the raised letters HF cast inside a raised square box. It looks to be 1950"s vintage, but that is only a guess. Sorry, I do not have a picture. Can anyone here identify it from the description? Many thanks.
 
I found some images of pipe framed ones made by Ferguson. Copyrighted or I'd embed a photo.

Search Google, images, for 2 bottom disc plow and you should see one with a pipe frame a little way down the page. Gray in color.
 
I sold this Furgeson to someone from here a couple of years ago.....

Here is a 3 disc that I had. It had a cat I 3pt...couldn't understand why as it took a tractor with CatII to pull it! The sleeves to convert wouldn't work because the pins weren't wide enough....
