Well, fer Rats!

Go out to the garage this morning and both elements are burned out of the 220V overhead heater.

On top of that, one of my PA heads picks this time to go south; just barely audible and I've got a dance lined up this weekend. Bummer...........

Thought I saw a spike on that voltage regulator yesterday. Why do I all of a sudden see visions of my cash taking flight? :>(

Looks like the chinook finally arrived here.
Snow from a week and a half ago seems to be gone this morning. Unusual for SC, thought for a while it was going to stay around until more came.

Ground Hog day is two weeks away and I'm sure he will not see his shadow...so spring is just around the corner. Right?
 
When I was a young man, I can remember being in the field some years as early as the middle of February.

That hasn't happened in a long time, tho.......

Looks like I'll have to bone up on my "lectonics" to fix this one, cause ya can't find a TV repair shop anymore.

Darned thing acts like a Power Transistor is out of the goofy thing. :>)

geez alan, if you were closer you could stop over and borrow my pa. 16 channel board, power amp, effects rack, 8 channel powered monitor system, mains subs and monitors. set ya right up. even have shure 58, 57 vocal mics, drum mics, and a d/i for the bass player. (theres a trace elliot 300 watt head, 4-10 and a single 18 bass rig here too!!) you could definately make some noise!!!
 
The fella down in Arizona said he'd zip it to me overnight, so am hoping it gets here in time.

Oh yeah, for sure. I need 12 separate channels running full bore with effects looped back in the mix to pull this thing off. Not easy doin' it by yerself........

Okay, gonna wait and see if my spent $500 is gonna make the dance 'er not. :>)

Dont feel alone Allen,things always seem to come in two and threes for me. Weather its at home or on the farm. Dad always like to remind me when i see all my money fleeing my wallet and bank taht there just never seems to be enuff green to go around. I always tell him sure there is. Uncle Sam prints more every day and wastes more eveyday they should just give to us.
