Tractor Calendar

Good Morning, Has anyone on here ever been involved with getting a tractor calendar printed? Our club is thinking about doing this for a fund raiser, looking for a printer and prices. Any tips or suggestions appreciated. E-mail is open. Thanks, Chris

Usually the best way to get it done is to have a professional photographer, professional printer, and professional an account executive in your club. If not, find an old farm boys that are interested in old tractors willing to donate their skills. You cant make any money paying full price or anywhere near full price. Also make sure you use a professional people, It makes all the difference in the world in the finished project. Also sell ads to help pay for the costs. Have local talent in the pictures with the tractors. What i am saying is get the best of the midwest farmers daughters in the pictures with the tractors. Driving, wrenching, greasing, washing etc the tractors. Every town has a mother daughter that looks like sisters..... make sure you get them in the calendar. It is best to use local talent if you want to sell them locally. Another thing you can do is have some sort of signifiant give away each month or week. Print it on the calendar as to what it will be and the date of the drawing.

Why pay for a calendar? If anyone wanted to see photos of the Bos's collection of tractors and equipment, they could go to the club website view them for free.

We got a nice calendar from daughter and SIL- they just emailed pics to some outfit, they put them on a calendar. Probably many outfits that do this- just google around 'til you find one.
