customer service complaint

yes the complaint is about this site...way back when they decided to register user names ,I registered jd-tractor...worked that way for awhile ,then all of a sudden they started saying it was registered to someone else ,but it never has showed up in use,,I saw others complain about the same thing ,they quit complaining and quit coming to this forum

You want us [the user]to fix it??
We had no success in stopping the oil in the gulf neither and that was a bigger problem than yours.

the owners of this site are very nice people, i had a posting problem and they fixed it fast for me, just contact them on the site comments, and see what they say

Same happened to me ...soo what??? Too good a site to leave on such a trivial mater! Did they feel better after they left....I didn't feel a thing! Must be nice to have that as a major issue for your day!

I didn't have any problem getting mine straightened out a while back. I contacted the site and they got right back to me and fixed it. I really didn't think it would be a big deal to change my handle if I had too. Always had a spare handle or two anyway back in my truckin days on the CB so just figured I do the same here if needed.

The nerve of them.......... They should have known from the second that you signed up for free to take advantage of all the fun, knowledge, and whining, FOR FREE, that you would require personal coddling and nose wiping. For management to overlook that is just plain out disrespectful..........

I'd pack up my little blue ball and run home if I were you....
