Don't know about the old Fords specifically, but most older tractors use 80-90wt in transmission and finals.
 
Manual calls for M-4864A for the hyds and in the tranny and rear end it calls for M-4864A(S.A.E 80 or M4864B(S.A.E 90). I would not even thing about that oil your thinking about. Now ya maybe the newer UTF would be fine but not the 30W
 
Case New Holand recommends using CNH134 D in tranny, hyd and rear end. That way if there is a leak in any seal, it won't hurt any thing. It will take about 5 gallons
