Very nice. Very ready. About a decade ago I lived in Romeoville, IL. and thats what they used back then. Had like 3 of them for the town. Worked very, very well. Seems like your neighbor is setup very well. I pull a backblade which isn't even half as efficient as your neighbors setup. I keep telling myself to put the blade up front one of these years so have clean surface to grip for push instead of pulling through snow, but year after year I never do. Your neighbor is very smart. A lot smarter and a whole lot further ahead in the game than me. And he has cabs too.

Mark,
My brother used to live in Romeoville on Belmont Dr. at 135th St. across from the school. He worked for the town or village and used to push snow among his other duties.

Nice pictures Larry, Those old 1066s are the cats meow in modified tractor pulling. Around here as old as they are, a JD cant touch them.

Sadly, stinkerscorners you have NO idea what "snow" is!

Try living up near the 49TH parallel or beyond and deal with REAL snow! (And CCCCCoooolllldddd!)

Pete,

I'm trying to think who that was. I lived on Belmont and Garland dead ended in my front yard at 210. Belmont curved all over the place and crosses 135th at Vito Martinez School. I'm trying to think who that was. I used to walk my dogs all over town and knew people all over the place. Half the cops knew me on good terms. A lot of people got to know me. I'm trying to think of the name of the guy that was like the street department head. Had a cigarette boat on Montrose, job deleted a year or two ago I heard from down sizing. Red Chevy pickup.

What is your brothers first name Pete? He probably knows the Sommers brothers, Mary Duffles and her boys. Romeoville was a small close knit village until it exploded on the south side of 135th and west of Weber Road, and on Normantown road. The last farm in the whole town, a few head of beef and some corn on 135th street became a new village hall and police station a year or so ago I hear. What is his first name? I probably knew him.

Small world Pete.
