Bleeding a loader?

I drained out some milky oil from the loader on a 550 Oliver. I also operated the levers to get as much out of the lines. I've refilled with clean oil, but nothing moves!! Have I introduced too much air into the lines? I didn't touch the filter, so maybe I have a problem there, although, it worked fine before when temp was above freezing.
Any ideas??

I think you answered your own question. You have water in your sump which froze and starved your hyd. pump. Thaw it out , drain the hyd. system and replace the filter. you should be OK then.
