Hydraulic oil Filter

Could someone tell me, where to find the Hydraulic oil filter on my 1969 165 Massey Ferguson, and my 1963 MF 35? Thanks

Go to Wix filters and use their search feature.

NAPA gold is the same as a Wix. Discount Fleet Supply has great prices for cases of Wix in Master packs (filters only, no "box" for each filter).

The filters will be on top of the hydraulic pump. They are accessed through the side cover behind your left heel as you are sitting on the tractors it is the one with the PTO shift lever going through it. Although I don't think the 35 will even have a filter. Hope this helps.

Rather than a filter, your 35 will have a suction strainier mounted to the hydraulic pump. It can be removed for cleaning by removing the access cover(s).

Note: It is safety wired and should be rewired after R & R to prevent it from loosening.
