Old tire sizes

I have an old set of 13-38 tires that I want to replace, what size would they be now?

If he wanted to go a little shorter in height and a wee bit wider than the 14.9X38. The 15.5X38 would be an option.

David, where are you located and what shape are the casing in on the old 13x38's. I am slowly restoring a Oliver and need a "cheap" set to be able to move it around (it is currently under my equipment shelter). Thanks James
