Corn cob jelly

Yeah, guess what I found behind the seat in my pickup? At the National Corn Husking at Oakley KS I had a little hand corn sheller set up and was playing with it and a man came along and wanted some cobs. next morning he came back and gave me a jar of the jell he had made. I'm going to try it on toast in the morning, I'd forgot all about it. It will be a nice Christmas surprise

i never heard of it before...were the cobs out of sweet fresh corn or dried feed corn?

It has a light fruity taste. Similar to mild apple jell
