I found this diagram and instructions and checklist in some of grandpa's old tractor and welder manuals. Obviously before OSHA but I don't remember seeing this around on the farm. Anyone seen anything like this before?

We never had one but a neighbor did, the first augor wagon I had ever seen. He bought a kit and put it in his Manning Flare bed. Worked slick. Another neighbor built a Auger wagon from scratch out of wood on a old truck chassis, He was a custom combiner had two 55 JD back when they were cable steer. pulled it behind one of his 1 1/2 ton trucks It had a Wisconsin engine to power it. Looked just like your drawing only twice as big.

There is a 99% chance it was built in Dubuque Iowa by the Klauer Manufacturing Co.

They are the ones who make a very large % of the eve spout stuff.

I think they sold the snow blowers division a few years ago. They made the big blowers for airports etc.

I have a Hotchkis(sp.?} kit mounted on a flairbox that is mounted on a truck frame. Will try to get the information about Hotchkis Mfg. tomorrow and post it. Armand
