Wisconsin Engine AKN

If the old one isn't burned out, I just use the high temp red silicone & reuse them. Let it set up overnight before starting.

Believe it or not, before I posted the question, I spent over an hour looking thru Google. Like you say, it comes up with an awful lot of hits. Once you get past the first three pages, You may find 1 in a thousand that actually pertains to Wisconsin Engines. Only about half of the sites on the first 3 pages pertain to Wisconsin engines. When you check on one of the sites for dealers it lists a dealer in Penn. But, He lists no parts for an AKN model. As a matter of fact most of them list nothing for an AKN. Also, I don't need to be told to GET A MANUAL. I already did that, that's where the part number came from. The manual lists a dealer less than a mile down the road from me He's been dead for 20 years and out of business for 30. The reason I posted the question was to see if anyone had had any luck finding a head gasket and if so where. Apparently no one knows where to find a head gasket.

Have you tried NAPA auto parts ?
I rebuild Wisconsin 2 cylinder engines and get
gaskets, gasket kits, carb. kits, fuel pumps,
valves, piston rings, from NAPA. Wisconsin parts
ARE NOT in their "Outdoor power equipment"catalog
thats mostly lawnmower parts. They"re in a farm
and industrial engine parts catalog, a young kid
at the counter may not know where to find them.
