anyone know of anywhere to get after market cables for a loader joystick... genuine ones here are $200 a piece... which i think is a little steep.

thanks, oj

An industrial supplier or heavy truck parts shop, or if you are near a marina, a boat parts shop should handle them or can make them up for you. It is a Morse type cable,so unless it has an oddball end on it,it should be available locally. Last one I had made for the same application (4 ft long,1/4" sae threads) was around $60.

Some time ago I read on this site that a place called Midwest Control Products Corp makes them up as needed. Have never had them make me anything yet, so I cannot say anything good or bad about them. Their website is Midwestcontrol.com
Its possible that they may not make them cables either, don't know.
Give them a call. Have a great day

Oli, you could try RAM Industries in Yorkton. Not sure what loader you have, but they make hyd cylinders etc for Leon. Not sure if they make cables.
