Anyone still eating Thanksgiving leftovers?

Same here but the little woman found a good price and bought two of them. Will have to force another one down come the holidays.

Had the last of the stuffing, yesterday for lunch. Wrapped it up with turkey and Swiss cheese, in a burrito, num num! Now that were' out, hafta stop at the wawa if I want turkey, for a while!

Wife strategically buys groceries so she can get several(usually three) turkeys for next to nothing. First one for Thanksgiving, then the rest throughout the winter. We went to a friends house for Thanksgiving, and there's only the two of us, so it lasts a long time! Nothing better than turkey and turkey gravy on potatoes!

We'll start today, we had to wait till Sat to have all the family over due to work schedules. Good thing is there's not much leftovers. Mike

Thought we were done, neighbor stopped by last night, dropped off a free turkey. He works for a large supermarket chain, picked up a bunch of them went around the neighborhood spreading turkey cheer!

I was tired of leftovers already. I mixed together stuffing, mashed potatoes, chopped turkey and threw in an egg. Made it into small balls and threw them in the fryer. Tasty with a little gravy over the top.

I hate left overs! What i dont eat the first time goes to the dog... Might warm up the dressing but thats about it.
Dogs happy

With three teenagers and two grandsons staying with us this week, not too many left overs left. Maybe a little ham, the rest is history. Had a Turkey and a "big" spiral cut ham. Plus all the trimmings. Wife bought two of the hams. It is cheaper than lunch meat and a whole lot better tasting. I will have good eating for lunch the next week or so.

We ate with the extended family on Thursday, and with our crew there weren't many pickins left. But the wife cooked up a turkey and the fixings yesterday, I just had sandwich and am trying to convince her to make turkey and noodles for supper.

Turkey noodle soup for dinner. Turkey gravy over baking powder biscuits the other night. Probably a sandwich or two left of the meat for lunch tomorrow.

(quoted from post at 05:24:00 11/28/10) I think Ive had enough turkey and leftovers for a year...

Ate a meal on friday then Wife made potatoe soup on Saturday and put the rest of the Turkey in it. Sliced the big a$$ dumplins and fried them to cover withthe soup. Best part of the holiday

Actually... Just had our "second Thanksgiving dinner" today. My brother spent turkeyday with his in laws and we were invited to a cousins. So with my brother home today, we had our family thanksgiving dinner.

Had the last of them last night. We go out on Thanksgiving day to a local, home cooking restraunt, then have our big family time on Friday. Im someone who goes to great effort to not be traditional about a lot of things. This year we had jambalaya, crab cakes, red beans and rice, and red velvet cake for our family meal. Just finished up the last of the jambalaya last night. Probably enough red velvet cake for one more meal.
