Diesel Engine Idle Tool

Hello,
There was a discussion on diesel idle and its reasons and cosequences.
I had forgotten about this tool, lost in my tool box. Probably $1 or $2 back when pollution was only a word in the dictionary, together with unleaded gas. Tool was used to get a few hundred RPM's more then idle to keep the engine warm.
Could by this tool a most truck stops as i recall.
Sleeper cab was warm all nigh, even in the summer. A/c was still an option, not many truck had one. Here is the picture of the tool.

i got something similar that hooks under dash lip and presses on brake pedal...i used it to check brake lights and bleed brakes when my shop was a 1 man show.
