A Week's Work

I'd had high hopes that new sprockets would be enough. Found the master pins welded and when I cut them out found the 1 inch pins worn to less than 3/8ths of an inch. Miracle that I didnt break a chain.

Ended up a shade over 2000 plus labor.

Since this pic got both chains on, master pins in, and about half the pads back on....

I bought a A/C M a while back, for a parts tractor. All the pins are welded both sides. Will never be able to turn them. Will just run them until they wear out, and maybe a little more. stan

Neighbor of mine bought a cheap crawler a few years ago. By the time he had everything fixed, it wasn't a cheap crawler...

I have been looking for smaller dozer or loader with no or bad motor for 3 years to put automive transmission (automatic) and car motor just to do very limited work. Price of junk has sure stopped my search

I don't know anything about tracks, but that doesnt seem like to bad of price, if it had four tires it would cost you almost that much. It looks like a handy machine and in real good condition.
